A Sweet Story
In the summer of 2001, my wife and I discovered Idaho while rafting the Middle Fork of the Salmon River. That's all it took. We moved our family of five from Atlanta, Georgia to Boise, Idaho in July 2004. Sure, we wanted to escape the stress-inducing atmosphere found in so many of America's large metropolitan areas. But we also wanted to experience a better "lifestyle." So, I redirect my focus from commercial real estate development to the development of carefree lifestyle communities.
And we began building.
